Yvonne came into work on our 2nd day here. My husband had seven stents put into his heart, and we were scared. We were not getting any information from the nurses and doctors. We had no idea what was going to happen next or why things were being done. Yvonne came in, took control, made sure we knew what was going on, and had the doctors talk to us to let us know the next steps.

Her bedside manner is the best! She knew what we needed when we needed it! We need so many more nurses like her! She deserves this recognition for her excellent work, getting things done, and her knowledge of what patients and families need! Yvonne is a top-notch nurse.
