Kimberly always came into the room with what seemed to be a ray of sunshine. I do not believe that she ever had a frown. I knew anytime that she came into my room, she was going to give me the best care possible. I have been in and out of the hospital, and no healthcare worker has made me feel more comfortable lying in a hospital bed than Kimberly did while I was there. She truly has the best attitude and a healing spirit within her. I think this is what nursing care should truly embody.
