My 78-year-old grandfather was readmitted to the hospital after receiving very poor care in a skilled nursing home facility. He has been lucky to have the same day-shift nurse, Melissa, for two days. She was very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

Melissa was very patient and honest with all of the questions my family and I had for her, and she was determined to find an answer when she didn't know. She diligently worked with the doctor on staff to find out what was wrong with my grandpa. My family and I also appreciated her checking in on how we are doing, since we were in a slight mess during this situation.
