I am a Tele Neurologist who covers Seton, and I had the pleasure of working with Rachel for an inpatient code stroke called in the ICU. This was a complicated patient, and the patient needed a lot of coordination. The patient needed to go back to CT for additional code stroke imaging, and Rachel made sure that happened STAT.

The family needed extensive counseling regarding IV thrombolysis decision-making, and Rachel helped me facilitate multiple phone calls with them. It ended up being 8+ phone calls according to my phone log! She kept me updated every step of the way, and this was almost 2+ hours of continuous work for Rachel. Coordinating care over telemedicine is typically very difficult (especially in the inpatient setting), but she made my job super easy.

Her patients are so lucky to have her! I hope I have the opportunity to work with her again.
