I am a patient at Insight, and the stay has been challenging. I have several medical issues, and Jessyca has been amazing. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She gives her patients great care. Emotionally and physically, Jessyca is the absolute definition of what a nurse should be. She takes her time to explain medications to me repeatedly. Jessyca made sure my lunch order was correct, and she caught that my lunch contained foods the doctor said were off-limits. If I had had dairy and ice cream, it would have harmed my health. Jessyca is the best. When I press the nurse button, she arrives within 1 minute. Showing concern and compassion. It is important that she is recognized for her love and care for people. Not only her patients. Jessyca goes above and beyond her job, and I am grateful to have had her as my nurse. Professional, caring, and great at her job. I have witnessed her assisting other staff with their job. Absolute Gem, and I hear she has an amazing voice, and she sings, giving us all a beautiful sound.
