When my family could not be by my side, Kelcie was my biggest advocate and a source of comfort. She not only cared for my physical needs but also recognized the emotional weight I was carrying and made sure I never felt alone. She took the time to listen, reassure me, and explain what was happening in a way that made me feel safe and supported. In moments when I felt overwhelmed and vulnerable, Kelcie was a steady and calming presence. Her compassion helped fill the gap my loved ones couldn't bridge, and for that I am deeply grateful. It takes a truly special person to see their patient as a whole- Body, Mind, and Spirit. Kelcie did exactly that! She went far beyond what I expected, and I will always remember the way she cared for me. She is a true example of what nursing is meant to be.
