Theresa is the most giving person I have ever met. She has a servant's heart and never expects anything in return. Every year, Theresa applies for the Career Ladder in December, not because she uses the extra money for herself, but so that she can use that extra money to buy presents for families in need.

This year, Theresa organized not one, but two families, one for each urgent care. She collected funds and donations, picked everything up, shopped for multiple members of the families, used some of her own money to pick up where we were short, and wrapped everything. She made stockings for the families, put together Christmas Day snacks and movie tickets, and made sure every member received something. She always goes above and beyond to ensure people are well taken care of. She will deliver those gifts on December 22nd. I wish I could be there to see the joy and appreciation on the faces of these two families. May Theresa always be blessed in the way she blesses others!
