I came into the emergency room, suffering a miscarriage. When I was moved into a room, Marie pleasantly greeted me and introduced herself. Marie was soft and gentle towards me and my situation; she was respectful with her words and their delivery. Mrs. Adam’s is the most empathetic, kind, considerate, experienced, light-hearted, nurturing, efficient, and caring person I have ever been blessed to have as a nurse. From the moment she welcomed me into my emergency room, she provided top-notch patient care, working to ensure my comfort and well-being. She asked helpful questions, was understanding and patient, and attended to every single need.

Marie went above and beyond her duties and helped me get through a traumatic medical experience. She made me feel like I wasn’t alone and like everything was going to be ok. As someone who suffers from anxiety, her extra attention and consideration really helped me calm myself and feel safe during the experience. Marie’s extra efforts were clearly a reflection of the amazing person and nurse that she is. Marie is a tremendous asset to this emergency room and to any woman going through fertility trauma.
