During my daughter's stay at the Children's hospital, we were very lucky to have Kassidy as our nurse for multiple shifts. My daughter needed a lot of extra care, we had lots of questions and concerns, and Kassidy was always ready and cheerful to help, and she always went above and beyond.

I wish I had the time to provide every detail, but one thing in particular really stood out as going the extra mile. My daughter had multiple EEG studies earlier in her stay. That study leaves a lot of sticky glue in the hair, which was uncomfortable and distressing to my teen daughter. Kassidy made the time to wash and condition my daughter's hair and brush it out with the utmost care.

It sounds simple, but it made a big difference to my little girl, and as a dad, it wasn't something I would have been able to do very well. This was just one example of the always cheerful, always empathetic, and always humanistic care Kassidy delivered for us. I wish I had time to write more. As a physician myself, I can't over-emphasize the difference Kassidy made to my daughter or how much she impressed us as a stellar nurse and clinician.
