When my wife was moved from one unit to a higher level of care, Jean was there to care for her. My wife was in critical condition and going into cardiac arrest, and was being brought back. Jean had to deal with and provide lifesaving care along with other nurses. She did an outstanding job at keeping the family and friends updated on my wife's treatment and her progress.

When Jean was on the day shift, she continued to provide us with information on her progress. She was never too busy to answer our questions if she knew the answers. Her care with the many doctors that were involved in my wife's treatment was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and professional in her job. She was always there to take care of my wife's every request and treated her with dignity and respect. Jean is an asset to the hospital. I could not ask for a better nurse to care for my wife during this critical time. She needs to be recognized for her service.
