Ann enjoys being a nurse. She was so motherly towards me; she knew I had just lost my mom. She was there for me when I couldn't be there for myself. She gave me shirts to wear because I didn't have any clothes when I came into detox. Ann always raised my spirits by dancing and singing. She gave me strength and hope. She gave me information for grief support, which I am now involved with at the VA. Ann is a nurse who loves and is dedicated to improving the lives of people, including her patients. She is an amazing woman and an outstanding nurse.
