Saying that Jordan is an exceptional Nurse Leader is a massive understatement. She embodies everything you would want in a leader; she is always there when you need her, sometimes before you even realize that you need her, she always has our backs 1000%, and works diligently to make sure we are heard. Jordan trained me in the team leader role, and I could not have asked for a better role model to guide me and look up to! No matter how many questions I ask, Jordan is consistently eager to help and/or teach. This eagerness to help is seen in many ways; no matter how big or small the task is, you can count on her to be there.

Jordan comes in every single morning with a smile on her face and reminds us that, "It's going to be a great day, friends!" Her positivity and team spirit are contagious! I will forever be grateful to have such an impressive role model impact me the way she has; I wouldn't be the nurse I am today without her. I know I am not the only one who feels this passionately about Jordan. We as a whole unit are extremely grateful for her and all that she does for us! This hot mess express unit wouldn't be able to function without her!

Jordan Fyffe 100% embodies a leader who is compassionate, responsive, encouraging, and an advocate for patients/colleagues. I am a new nurse on the floor. I started back in September of 2023. I feel like any questions I have for her about how to provide the best care for my patients, she is always happy to answer and listen. She has been patient enough to demonstrate nursing skills that were new to me, even showing me some things a couple of times.

I have had a few more critical situations with changes in patients' conditions, for example, and she has always been there to support me during those times. Those situations can be intimidating as a newer nurse. Overall, Jordan is an absolute pleasure to work with. She radiates positive energy and clearly works hard to ensure the unit moves smoothly.
