It was really hard to pick one, starting in the ER, where one nurse made sure I was comfortable and felt safe. Everyone was helpful, kind, smiling, and especially responsive to the call button, but Reece went above and beyond, popping in just to say good morning and holding the door open for others. The key moment for me was his face when he walked in, the true delight when he saw me sitting in the chair.

All of our care team was wonderful during my Mom's stay on the 3rd Floor. Reece, however, went above and beyond to ensure she had the care she needed and deserved. His compassion and care for her as a human went further than we had experienced before. He took the time to listen to her, our concerns, worries, and celebrations. He made sure to protect her privacy and dignity, which is very important to her. We truly appreciate the care, patience, and kindness he conveyed in each interaction.
