First, on admission, it was a shift change. Ekta did so many things to assist the next shift. At shift change, she went ahead and assessed a couple of wounds and dressed them. She arranged instructions on the admission packet, going through each page! Also, during the stay, we found she was cleaning the bedside toilet before the PCA could come. She didn’t have to do that, but she said she likes to keep things clean for her patients. Ekta addressed a concern from a family about blood work, and she went immediately to contact the doctor. The list goes on about her kindness, smiles, and compassion. She talked on the phone to help calm the family while staying aligned with HIPAA regulations. Please give her extra love for what she has done for us.

Ekta was a superior nurse for us! In fact, all the staff worked very hard to help with our needs. Ekta stood out and was willing to help us in every way. She was observant of our needs at all times. She wasn’t just doing her job; she was caring about the people, no matter what. Excellent nurse!

My mother was hospitalized for a few days in December, and her nurse, Ekta, was wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and answered every question we had. Her friendly attitude made our entire family feel comfortable and confident in the care our mother was receiving. We are truly grateful for her compassion and excellent care.
