From the moment we were admitted, Karen helped us get settled in and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and scheduled our meds according to our home schedule. She made sure we were comfortable and helped anytime we had a need. She was a blessing during our stay.

Karen is the absolute best. The love and patience they showed towards my husband and me was absolutely heart-warming. Karen was the sweetest person and took care of me better than I’ve ever been taken care of before in my life! She listened to what I had to say, took my concerns seriously, and addressed every issue.

She is a loving lady. She made me feel so comfortable and that she cared. She helped calm me down during a mental breakdown. She sat and listened to me and even talked me into staying here to make sure I get answers on my condition. She always came when called or even when not called. She is one loving, caring, sweet lady. I missed her when she was off work. She motivated me to stay. I love her, and she is a great nurse.
