Throughout her career, Verna has served in diverse roles, including bedside RN, Assistant Nurse Manager, Clinical Educator, and now Quality and Safety Consultant. In every position, she has demonstrated a genuine passion for excellence in nursing and patient safety.

Verna consistently goes above and beyond, whether assisting with nursing skills days, sharing her expertise during staff meetings, or contributing to events such as Quality Week, National Sepsis Week, and community initiatives like the Heart Walk. She is always willing to step in, lend a hand, and provide guidance. Her caring presence and steadfast advocacy for both members and staff nurses have created a lasting, positive impact across the organization.
