Colton was made to be a nurse. Through my stay at KM, I had the privilege to meet this dedicated man. I was in so much pain at times and was just asking him questions about my care, etc. One thing that stood out to me was his attention to detail. He immediately asked to get me someone in wound care for my belly button. I would not have thought of that. I had this guy for several days, and his attitude was always upbeat. When he went to get meds, it was a priority for him. I got my meds on time every time he worked.

Secondly, he always kept me informed. He dropped by often to inform me what the medical team was doing and expressed that he was following a group chat that the medical team was on. All in all, it takes a lot to be a nurse, and in my opinion, he is one of the best. He is upbeat, listened to me, had great knowledge of medicine, was prompt, and I never felt like a number or just a patient. I felt like I mattered. He was caring, dedicated to getting it right every time, and was honest with me. Colton, you deserve the very best in life. Your caring and compassion for your job will bring you far.
