Ashley showed exceptional care and compassion during my recent hospital stay. I was admitted in late September for abdominal pain, and the following day, I was scheduled scope to check for ulcers. During the scope procedure in October, I became overwhelmed and panicked. Ashley immediately responded by grabbing my hand and gently holding it close to my face, reassuring me that she wasn't going to let go. Her calm presence and kindness helped soothe my fears in that moment. The following day, I was scheduled to have my gallbladder removed.

What truly stood out to me was that Ashley wasn’t scheduled to be in my surgery, yet she made sure she was in the operating room when I arrived. She continued to hold my hand and provide comfort through my anxiety. Ashley went above and beyond what was expected, and her actions meant so much to me during a very vulnerable time.
