I was brought to the ER on Saturday night after a fall, which was caused by passing out, and my head was bleeding. I was freezing cold and disoriented.

When they say nurses are angels, it is true. This nurse got me a blanket, then a second one, calmed me down, got me comfortable, and was so warm and lovable that she had me relaxed in no time. I was told that I was extremely dehydrated and that they had to do lots of bloodwork, tests, CT, etc. She orchestrated all of it and made sure that everyone was on point with my coming and going.

I was there less than three hours, and even though I would rather have been able to stay at my Christmas party, she made my time spent in the ER very doable. All the staff were excellent and professional, so they all deserve kudos, but this little gem really helped me get through an otherwise frightening time.
