Lupe was caring for our dear friend. At 56 years old, our friend had a major heart attack. We stayed with him most of the day. Lupe was extraordinary with his care, but most importantly, she was so patient with all of his questions and concerns, as well as ours.

We have had many stays in our hospital as well as other hospitals, and there are many excellent nurses, however her knowledge, her kindness, and her professionalism were totally off the charts. She is such an asset to your staff. If I ever have to be admitted, I would want her to be there for me or anyone else I loved.
