He was my preceptor from October 2024 to January 2025 and a colleague up to present, January 2026. He was very patient in explaining and very detailed in teaching. He's a very good colleague and a Nurse to the patients.

Ferdimar understands the value of teamwork and autonomy. Ferdimar was not only acting as a charge nurse and carrying a full caseload, but also took the time to assist a patient with his financial needs, so that the patient did not discharge prematurely and was able to receive the full benefit of his rehab stay. He stood by as the patient completed signing for various documents, respecting the patient's ability to participate in his needs, which took an extended amount of time. He was very kind, gracious, and very respectable. This is typical behavior for Ferdi. He is a great teammate.
