I was admitted following an ATV accident resulting in a pelvic fracture and spinal fractures. During my hospitalization, several nurses were assigned to my care. While I consistently received excellent care from all members of the nursing staff, I would like to specifically recognize a couple of nurses whose service, in my opinion, went above and beyond standard expectations. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism made a significant positive impact on my recovery and overall experience during my stay.

Hannah was the night nurse during my first night in the hospital. While her clinical care was exemplary, what truly distinguished her was her compassion and empathy. With a history of anxiety, I found that the accident and resulting pain significantly heightened my distress. Hannah’s calm and caring manner helped alleviate my fears and anxiety. Although she was not assigned as my nurse after the first night, she continued to check in on me throughout my stay. Her ongoing support and kindness provided much-needed reassurance during my admission, and I remain deeply grateful for her care.
