My Mom was in the hospital for weeks. Anna was amazing. She was kind and compassionate while taking care of my Mom. She used ingenuity while taking care of my mom, who was a bariatric patient with end-stage liver failure. She was teaching both her PCAs and my daughter, who is in nursing school, while flipping my Mom to clean her and take care of her wounds. She used her time wisely by both caring for her patient and educating everyone with clear communication, and yet, when she talked to my Mom, she used such kind words and soothing voice, plus humor, to brighten her day. She listened to all my concerns and answered every question I had. She took 5 minutes of her day when she didn't have my Mom to peek in and say hi to her, which went a very long way to help my Mom’s mental state. She did things that you can't teach or read in a book. Her bedside manner was exceptional. I can't say enough good things about the nurses and what they do every single day for our loved ones. I was there every day for my Mom, but not every time she felt scared or worried. The nurses and Anna went above and beyond to make sure my Mom felt loved, even when I couldn't. I appreciate everything she did.
