During my stay on the 6th floor, Lovely was the nurse who cared for me during the night. I found myself hoping to have someone like her during the day as well. The support she provided and the kindness she showed to both my baby and me were truly immeasurable.

She was professional, compassionate, and incredibly sweet. This is exactly what a positive patient experience should be. I am truly grateful that my first days of motherhood were supported by Lovely, who reminded me to be kind to others and to myself. Thank you.
