Mon was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly caring and explained everything in a way that my 15-year-old daughter could easily understand. She was very nervous about having a blood test and a scan, but Mon calmly talked her through each step, helped her relax, and ensured she felt completely at ease. They were even laughing and joking together, and she managed the needle without any difficulty at all.
