Tracy is the kindest nurse I have ever encountered. She actively listened to me, took my concerns seriously, quickly acted upon them, and followed up with me multiple times. When I was in the office for a visit, she made a point to come over to meet me in person and connect.

Tracy has made what is a scary health situation over the past 5 weeks more bearable, as I know she is there for me and always willing to help and follow up. Tracy is the epitome of a nurse, and the CCF is very fortunate to have her!
