This was my first experience at LMH. I am used to going to Advent Health facilities. I have to say I was nervous; I did not know what to expect. From beginning to end, everyone at your hospital was incredible. I don’t have one complaint. From registration to discharge, you were all awesome. My pre-op nurse was amazing. She was kind, encouraging, and thoughtful. Also, my post-op nurse was wonderful. She walked me up and down the hall, trying to help me come out of anesthesia. Maria sat with me in the bathroom and never rushed me. I think she even missed her lunch because she wouldn’t leave my side. You are so lucky to have such wonderful staff who are engaged, caring, and make you feel safe. I was so impressed and told everyone how happy I was with my experience. I would not hesitate to go to your hospital if I ever needed to go again. Thank you all.
