Liliana took the best care of my grandpa. In the morning, she came right in and washed his face for him, brushed his teeth, and changed his dressings. She took the time to get to know him and what’s important to him. She later shampooed his hair while my dad helped shave his beard. My grandpa always loves feeling fresh and clean, so this made him so happy. Liliana spent so much time in my grandpa’s room. The care and dedication she had for him made me very assured that he was in good hands. She was also attentive to the needs and emotions of my family. I will never forget the hug she gave me when I finally broke down. And I will never forget the loving care she gave over one shift with him. I truly believe you couldn’t ask for a better nurse. I can’t thank her enough.

Liliana went above and beyond in taking care of my grandfather. Her compassion truly shows through every interaction. My sister was very upset and overwhelmed, and she hugged and cried with her. I cannot express how grateful we are for her care.
