Nicole listened to me when I was feeling down emotionally and physically. Gave me words of encouragement. She was always there when I needed someone for my physical and mental well-being. I felt comfortable talking to her about a variety of things. She was my 1st nurse when I arrived. My spirits were not the best, but Nicole truly helped me get through the worst of it by being my nurse.
