Julia was taking care of a patient whose birthday was that day. Julia showed IU Health values in compassion, utilizing others on the team, excellence, and purpose. She felt the patient was feeling down and organized a birthday party for her patient. She went above and beyond to get this patient a card, having members of the team sign it, got the patient a cake, and we even sang Happy Birthday!
