I would like to nominate nurse Foram Raval on the third (3rd Fl) Outpatient Orthopedic Dept. She made a lasting impression on my family and me through her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to her work.
When she came in for her shift, it was her very first time being assigned to my husband’s case. Despite that, she took the time to go over his entire medical history in great detail with the nurse she was relieving. She was incredibly thorough, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she had a full understanding of his condition and care needs.
What stood out to me the most was how carefully she reviewed every aspect of his chart. She didn’t rush—she made sure every concern was addressed, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about providing the best care possible. Her attention to detail and commitment to understanding his case gave me great comfort and confidence in the care my husband was receiving.
During a stressful time for our family, her presence brought reassurance. She showed the kind of dedication and compassion that truly makes a difference in a patient’s experience. I am deeply grateful for her and believe she is more than deserving of this recognition.
