Carly is an Angel in a nurse's uniform. From the moment my son was transferred to the room, she was there to care for him. She has so much energy and a great heart. She explained methods and procedures so I could understand. She has a very positive outlook and is cheerful. She brightened our days. She would listen to my concerns and explain what was being done. She is very courteous to everyone, including her coworkers. She is an asset to TVH.

I would like to recognize Carly for the exceptional care she has provided to my partner during his time at Temecula Valley Hospital. From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to make sure he felt cared for, respected, and understood.

She has consistently shown compassion and kindness while also being a strong advocate for his needs as he prepared for surgery. She took the time to explain things clearly, made sure all of his questions were answered, and never made us feel rushed.

What stood out most was how she made us feel, like we were more than just another patient. She treated us more like a part of her family. Her ability to balance professionalism with genuine compassion brought comfort to both of us during what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming time.

Her presence on our care team has made all the difference. She embodies what patient-centered care should look like, and we are so grateful for her dedication, empathy, and advocacy.
