Where do I start?

Horiya is the best nurse that I’ve ever encountered. Horiya is not just incredibly knowledgeable about her work but also pays close attention to my mother’s pain and discomfort. My mom and I love how Horiya also connects with my mom on a human level, showing empathy and taking the time to listen and offer comfort, knowing that my mom has just come out of a full knee replacement and is in a lot of pain.

Horiya not just goes above and beyond to help calm and control my mom's pain level, but also tries to make my mom laugh, smile, and tell jokes to help distract the pain, and for sure, that put a huge smile on my mom's face! Horiya's positive, bubbly attitude and amazing work ethic definitely made for a massively positive experience for my mother during her knee replacement stay at the hospital!
