I was very nervous and honestly didn’t want to go through with the procedures. I felt anxious and unsure about what would happen. But my nurse noticed how I was feeling and took the time to explain everything to me clearly and patiently. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood each step.

Her calm and caring approach helped me feel safe and reassured. Thanks to her support, I was able to get through the procedures with much less fear. I truly appreciate the compassion and dedication she showed me. I really felt like I was treated with the care and respect I deserved.
