No matter how many tasks she has, she always makes me feel like I’m her only patient. She would explain each medication and procedure so I could understand what my body was going through, turning fear into confidence. There was one day when I was anxious and struggling, and Deserae stayed by my side longer than she had to. She monitored every detail, reassured me with calm words, and adjusted things until I could finally rest. That kind of care doesn’t come from training alone — it comes from the heart. She also celebrates progress like it’s her own victory.
