Ms. Meade is very professional and also very friendly, making everyone involved more comfortable. My son is in the ICU. He is an adult, but me being "a mom" I have many questions and concerns. Ms. Meade took the time to actually listen to my concerns, and she answered my questions with compassion and a genuinely good heart, making everything easier to understand. She understands that people need to be informed of what is going on, and this, in turn, keeps patients and family more at ease! Ms. Meade took very good care of my son.
