Alexa has a great bedside manner; she’s compassionate and shows empathy. My daughter was crying all day, wanting to go home, and Alexa braided her hair. I know that is not in her job description, but she made our days a little brighter, not only that but the days we had her, she made sure that my daughter had everything she needed, answered and addressed any concerns we had. Sometimes in your job, you catch patients and families in some of their worst times; how you talk to them and treat them impacts their entire stay.
