I believe her taking the time to be by my side throughout this time of need helped me make it through all the pain and sorrow.
The first time I met Teddera was when I had my appendix removed at 19 weeks pregnant. She was very helpful in calming my fear about the surgery. The second time I met her was on the night I delivered my premature baby. She remembered me, and I remembered her because she made a memorable impression on my husband and me.

She stood by our side, fanning me as we watched the team from LeBonheur stabilize our premature baby girl for transport. She checked on us repeatedly throughout the night with a heart full of love in our time of need. She was there to answer any questions we had about the transport, and she let us know when the helicopter landed to transport our baby girl.

She lent a hand in prayer for us after we got the devastating news. Spent time with us throughout the night and promised me that she would get the catheter out before she left that morning, and she kept that promise to us. The next night, she stayed with me when no one was in the room to give me the loving support and the ear I needed, the comfort and spiritual help I longed for in that moment.

I believe her taking the time to be by my side throughout this time of need helped me make it through all the pain and sorrow. I think she is the best asset to the patient postpartum floor. She is kind, loving, helpful, caring, all a person can be in her job.
