My great-grandma hadn't been able to sleep next to my great-grandpa for months due to his being in hospice and being so fragile. They met when he was 17, and she was 18; they got married the day after he turned 18. They had been married for 73 years. Nurse Emily and her student, Carly, from the sweetest part of their hearts, went and got a bed so my great-grandma could lie with him for the last time.
