I live in South Carolina, and while visiting my son, I dislocated my hip. Jackie was my nurse and went out of her way to do anything she could to help me good both physically and mentally over the Holidays. She answered all my questions and got everything I needed. She had a sense of humor that uplifted my spirits, never once complaining. Mercy is a 5-star hospital, and Jackie is a 5-star employee.
