Cole was there for me, reassured me that everything would be okay, and let me know he was available if I wanted to talk more. He even came to visit me in the ICU the day after my surgery
He knocked when entering the room. He was very attentive and took time to explain everything we were concerned about. He even checked into our concerns that we had when he didn't have answers. His bedside manner was terrific. He was knowledgeable and polite.

Cole is truly one of the best nurses I have encountered. He enjoys his job and does his work willingly, always taking the time to explain things and answer my many questions honestly and clearly. He never shows negativity and is always willing to help. He walks me through everything and consistently provides excellent care. I can confidently say that Cole is an asset to your hospital. Thank you for always taking such good care of me, day and night.

Cole was a wonderful nurse while I was in the cardiac wing at Temecula Valley Hospital. He took the time to explain things whenever I had questions—even drawing diagrams to help ease my concerns. The time that stands out the most was the day before my open‑heart surgery. I was feeling overwhelmed and thinking about both my wife, who have passed away. I became very emotional and began to cry. Cole was there for me, reassured me that everything would be okay, and let me know he was available if I wanted to talk more. He even came to visit me in the ICU the day after my surgery. Cole is truly exceptional and simply the best.
