My nurse should absolutely win this Award!!! I came to this hospital to have a life-changing operation, not knowing that I'd be so fortunate to have a fantastic, very warm, very caring nurse like Missy. From introducing herself and letting me know how she worked with my surgeon, and how much she loved working with him, and had total confidence and praised his work, I trusted her. I felt comfortable sharing many things with her, and the care she showed me as my nurse was phenomenal. I've never felt more at ease and cared for as a patient and person as I have with Missy. She is by far one of the kindest and most efficient nurses I've ever had contact with. She goes far above her duties as a nurse.
