She made my stay so much better, always checking to see if I needed anything and just to make sure I was doing well.
Amy Lopez was such an amazing nurse to my son and wife. She made our stay very comfortable. She always went way beyond her job to make sure our family was satisfied.

I had a very traumatic birth. First time mom and had the nurse named Amy. When I was ready to give in and just accept a C-section as the birth route, she didn't let me. She pushed me and was with me every step of the way. My baby had a 4-minute shoulder dystocia. It was scary for all of us. But Amy knew exactly what to do, jumped on the bed, and still performed CPR while calling for more help.

I would like to nominate Amy for the extraordinary job she has done for my daughter and her baby. She always had a smile and was very compassionate. She explained and showed compassion for every detail. She also made our visits and stay very welcoming. She deserves the DAISY Award for the hard, dedicated work she provided for my daughter. Amy has made my extended stay one to remember. Her care was beyond her job. She showed endless care and love. She made my stay so much better, always checking to see if I needed anything and just to make sure I was doing well. We also connected on a personal level, but not too personal. I had a hard stay here in labor and delivery due to complications, but Amy sure knew how to make things a whole lot better, not just with me, but also with my baby and baby's father, as well as with my visitors. I would highly recommend Amy for the DAISY Nomination. She does her job with a passion, most definitely love, and a lot of care. She is the best!
