I gave birth to my rainbow baby, and things did not go as planned. Our son went to the NICU. I thought it was going to be so scary, and I was anxious, but then we met his night nurse, Charles. He has made this troubling time the absolute best it could be. He is so kind, gentle, and patient, and has treated our son as if he were his own. He answered all of our questions and never left us until we understood what was going on. Charles is truly amazing. Although our son was in the NICU, the entire time was great, and we had zero worries. He 100% deserves this award.
