My dad was having a meltdown when he woke up the next morning, and Jessica called me so I could talk to him and calm him down.
I was very impressed with Jessica's attitude about making sure my questions were answered and her willingness to make sure that my dad, who was in a lot of pain, was taken care of. She was friendly and helpful. My dad was having a meltdown when he woke up the next morning, and Jessica called me so I could talk to him and calm him down. I appreciate her willingness to make sure my dad had what he needed.

Jessica was such a pleasant nurse, and I enjoyed the night she was my nurse. When we first met, she read off my med list and was very knowledgeable about my meds. She knew both names of each med, and if she read one off I didn't recognize, she knew the other name of it, which I did recognize.
Later in the evening, other patients were sleeping, and she came in to distribute meds to me. I began to talk about life events, and she took the time to listen. That was very encouraging to me. She made me feel important. She had a busy night with a rapid response and a couple of admissions, but through all that, she took time to listen to me. I am in end-stage kidney failure and will never be healed, so I know I only have a few more years or months to live. She really made me feel important, and that was remarkable to me. She is a great addition to your staff.

She took time to get me coffee and water on late night stay with family. Very helpful and kind despite a busy shift. A+ nurse. Helped even though my family was in a different wing. Very positive and friendly.
