Whitney Jarvis shows dedication and initiative in her work with her team and safety for our patients. As manager over the house supervisors, CRP nurses and techs, sitters, transporters, and special teams, she is always doing her best to ensure the team is taken care of and has what they need. Whitney inspires action and fosters team growth.

She manages her team with integrity and resilience. I have never witnessed her say no to a request to assist the team. I hired her as a new grad on IMCU years ago; even then, she was an inspiration and mentor. I feel very fortunate to have such a strong leader as my manager, often leading from behind to empower the team.
