I am a colleague of Lisa Hixson at DukeWELL. While we work in different programs. Lisa has shared in supporting my patients during times of transition. I wanted to thank Lisa for the wonderful care she provided Ms. F and her caregiver. Ms. E just visited yesterday and said she is adjusting.
