During my recent hospital stay, I had the privilege of being cared for by Nurse Rich. From the moment he entered the room, his kindness and calm energy made me feel comfortable and safe. As a nursing student, I truly admired how attentive and thorough he was, not only in providing care but also in explaining everything he was doing.

He took the time to share valuable information with me, teaching me in a way that was easy to understand and inspiring for my future career in nursing. Rich is extremely caring and compassionate, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and understood my treatment. His positive attitude and gentle approach made a huge difference in my experience.

He is the type of nurse who reminds you why nursing is such a special profession. He genuinely cares about his patients and treats each one with respect and empathy. Nurse Rich is a true example of what it means to provide exceptional care. He went above and beyond for me as both a patient and a student, and I am so grateful to have met him. He absolutely deserves recognition for his professionalism, compassion, and dedication to his patients.

Rich has been my mom’s nurse for three days. He has been attentive and intuitive in caring for my mom. He has been patient and made a special connection with her. Not only sharing and explaining each medication and why she needs it, but also educating her and advocating for her needs to doctors and clinicians. He was also patient with all of the family visiting. We cannot thank him enough for helping my mom. She is typically filled with anxiety in the hospital, but with Rich, she felt she was heard and at ease.
