During a horrendous shift, Kim was in charge. High stress, admissions, and a change in patients' conditions. Kim was able to help with contacting MD's, obtaining orders, and supporting all staff during the shift.

Obviously, nothing when staff were on the edge and worn out, insisting and encouraging them to get off the floor, rally their confidence, and return ready to continue with their duties without breaking form. I can say that all patients stayed safe and secure during treatment due to Kim's support as Charge Nurse. It was so impressive.
