Upon arrival to pre-op, I was scared, nervous, and frustrated as the nurse on my floor never relayed the POC. The minute I met Kathryn, I felt at ease.

Kathryn took the time to calm me down. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I felt like my mom was there! Kathryn had such a calm, compassionate personality. Although her shift was coming to an end, she made sure all my stuff was completed before handing off to the next nurse.

I will forever be thankful that Kathryn was my Pre-op nurse, even if it was so brief.
